| The theme of the 2007
KMB Passenger Liaison Group Meetings was "Hand in Hand towards
Courteous and Pleasant Journeys" and the meetings were successfully
held on 11 August. Members of the public from various walks of life
made suggestions at the meetings, which can act as a blueprint for
KMB to enhance its service quality. |
